Value Place - 2 people injured in shooting

After changing names to Woodbridge Suites they had a shooting that left two people injured. I previously posted, "Don't use the f word".

Allen Collingsworth is the most incompetent property manager I have ever met. He is damage their brand. Also one of his employees is very unstable, a red headed housekeeper. They have an uncomfortable working relationship.

Something is amiss at this location. He advocates no shenanigans. But He allows them continually. The trash container is constantly over filled.

They have trailers parked in spots that restrict view when entering property. Intestate noise, firing next door and loud door closure mechanisms make it impossible to sleep.

The manager John at the value place at 6922 ih35 n, San Antonio, tx. 79218 ran my card without my permission, causing my account to go negative, after that I would in a 7 to 8 day timeframe pay over 300.00, after that he had the gaul to lock me out of my room, when I told him that I would pay him the following day when I got off work.

I would go to work at 6AM, office closed, was getting off at 10PM office closed, unfortunately I wasn't the only one that had issues with John, his own employees were walking around complaining, talking about quitting. If in San Antonio, this is not the value place you want to stay at; don't get me wrong, I've stayed at a few good ones, especially in Fort Worth.

I have lived here since November 2015. after one of your managers left maybe over a month ago, price increase is a problem.

I was told of the increase. given an amount that it was increased. choose to pay weekly because of my income status. now it will be increased again, because they didn't get the result that was wanted.

you see the first increase really did not make that much of a difference. now they had a chance to review it, and decided to increase again. I work as an CNA, take home just a little over a 1,000 monthly. I have to work extra to make other payment.

this is not right. I cannot pay more nor change my pay status. by working at night, your manager goes through knocking on door, to see who paid.

what is the receipt for?

Apparently Ms. Mullens ( Gen. Mgr. Jennifer Mullens) took little heed of, or sympathy for the untenable situation her decision to force me out of my residence within 48 hrs,. on the weekend. Her decision to have me out Monday morning, 5/23/2016 @ 11:00 am or pay $71 .00 per day for a maximum of two days is tantamount to summary punishment for acts that even APD agreed did not occur.

I tried to resolve this in the most discreet and professional manner but this leaves me no alternative.

My attorney will be in touch and an action is likely for damages arising from Ms. Mullens inexplicable and irresponsible actions as General Manager of Value Place. Her actions , which were directly and explicitly supported by Value Place corporate management, has caused me irreparable harm in my business and professional life. As well as personal hardship, pain and suffering.

Please direct any further correspondence to my attorney who will be in touch . This is not a matter I am taking lightly as it was found to be baseless and contrived by APD who could've found false reporting by the person who instigated this entire matter.

Moreover, as a top level reviewer on Trip Advisor, there is no way I can neglect reporting all of the four months of World Class blunders by Ms. Mullens, her staff, and Value Place corporate offices that I have observed, documented by photograph and video. And I have an interview with an Albuquerque Journal Investigative reporter who is doing a series on Backpage "Escort services " being thin cover for organized prostitution. At one time there were 11 Backpage prostitutes working out of this Value Place Central, ostensibly in full view , if not with support of Ms. MUllens.​​

This is not something that will go away if you ignore it. Nothing illegal happened. There is no legitimate basis for Ms. Mullens arbitrary and capricious decision to force me out of my residence of four months within 48 hrs. My attorney will be in touch.

Hello, James. As per our discussion when we asked you to leave our hotel and our subsequent response to your TripAdvisor review you know why you were not renewed as our guest (we are a hotel, we don't have "residents").

Giving you 48 hours to go was a courtesy we didn't need to extend based on your agreeing to fully comply with all of our policies at check-in.

We in no way allow or condone any illegal activity at our hotels and we believe the owners/operators of this location are compliant with our policies. Your issues are entirely with the hotel and we have no record of you engaging with our corporate offices (which we would referred back to the hotel-level anyway).

Absolutely had the worst experience during my stay at the location 3202 NORTH POWER CENTER PARKWAY LAKE CHARLES LOUISIANA. Manager John Johnese has a total lack of respect for not just myself but Many of my coworkers.

Not only is it the highest location when it comes to prices for Value Place it is to date the most disrespectful situation that I have been in when it comes to being a traveler. Upon my check in the bathroom sink wouldn't drain so I called the desk young lady got quite loud and stated she would leave a note for the next day, knowing there is 24 hour maintenance. The following day I had to again report the issue. I let John k ow my room had a distinguish order and I went and spent 16 dollars on candles and 12 motion cleaning supplies he then stated we had some "asians" in that room before you.

The fire alarms went off 6 nights during my 13 night stay constantly waking Iip at 11pm or 1:45am running out of the building after working 12 hour days. I brought it to his attention he then stated "we had a group of Mexicans 8 of them and I think it's them", another racial slur...I made it known to him I would like to be compensated since the noise is constant on the 2nd floor and I'm running out at night scared not sure if there Ius a fire he proceeded to state he wiido that but instead he credited the money to my value place account I was OVER CHARGED during check I'm had to bring that to his attention 2 days later $32.00 you owe me, ended up having to let one of his employees correct that problem. My co workers were continuously drafted for a weekly stay after check out. We ended up in a insult match when he proceeded to call me "miserable lady" after I made it known to him he never refunded my $268 dollars.

He pulled his shirt down on another occasion to show me a scar that this job has stressed him. I could write a book.

At the end if the day when I get an assignment I don't have time to play hotel switch a ru, all I want is what I paid for in this case nothing but issues. Never give your Debit or credit cocard pay in Cash or you will have issuez.

I am staying at a value place on the south side of Wichita ks. For two weeks I have been told by the hotel manager Amy I Will be purposefully overcharged ten dollars per plastic key card and charged for toilet paper, charged for cleaning and possibly evicted for reasons such as "the hallway outside my room smells like marijuana" and "my room is too dirty" despite me never smoking any and my room being adequately clean.

I have told her multiple times that I seggust she check with the loud migrant workers who stay directly two doors down from me but I've never seen or heard a confrontation between them.

overcharges and other idle threats of this nature have been commonplace in my time here. The value place manager Amy has been incessantly rude and disrespectful despite me having stayed here and payed over 1000$ in expenses. At ten in the morning I woke up with next to my wife who is three months pregnant and working second shift to hear management pounding on the door.

I open the door and its Amy regurgitating the same hateful verbiage she does almost every week and after she was done looking at the room and couldn't find anything out of place she accused me of smoking pot again.

I once again explained to her that I do not smoke pot but she then again insisted it was me and told me I would be evicted if they received a complaint about it. It's still unknown to me why I'm being targeted by this disgruntled hotel manager but for my sake, the sake of the company and this location I strongly advise value place corporate to take a closer look at this management.

I am a non-smoker and staying on a non-smoking floor where people are allowed to smoke. The smoke come under my door and I have complained 3 times to (Laura) the manager and she has done nothing.

I have stayed here for over two years and in the past if there was someone smoking on the floor they immediately moved them.

I have to leave for health reason I cannot stay here. Do not stay at the Value Place Sharonville, Ohio if you are a non-smoker because they smoke everywhere here.

My fiancee and i paid tuesday for a whole month and then thursday we found us a house.we called the hotel and talked to the lady at the front desk who told us to call the manager the next day and also told us they could not refund ua our money. The next day we spoke to the manager and he told us that they would have done it if it was the day we paid other than that they are mot allowed to give us refunds.

It looks we are stuck in the hotel til the month runs out. To make matters worse is we have two little girls and the hotel employees keeps setting off the fire alarm.

This is for value place clarksville tn i am a current employee an have tried so hard to get this situation fix but seems like nobody cares about how any value place treats there customers or employees. If this doesnt get fix it will go further in to investigation. The assistant manager is a rude and disrespectful woman an does cheats from money at work and blames us for it an degrades us like where dogs an then wonders why this hotel cant keep people we do our jobs an when she messes up it turns on us if this dont get fixed it will go alot further into investgation witness an all what manager complains and talk about bout work business with customers specially calling us out of our names i have been threated twice by melissa an im no longer taken this it need to be adressed asap this manager is going out of her way to do xtra stuff not needed an i want this known before they blamebit because im retaliation an im not this is a work enviorment an should be safe for everyone not when u have a manager drinking on job and renting a house from a maintenance lady going to far
