I have called the corporate customer service department at least 8 times in two weeks about a complaint against my experience with an austin texas value place and still no phone call from corporate...

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of value place staff from Value Place. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Value Place to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

I would not use this hotel cause their customer satisfaction is last on their list and it starts from the corporate office down to the person on duty at the front desk.. I am talking about the Austin north central value place.. the manager did not even care and the booking company Travelocity did not even want to take responsibility for starting the mistakes made in this hotel booking....
